What you will work on
- Backend services in Java and Spring Boot
- APIs and microservices for core platform functionality and integrations
- ETL pipelines into a graph database (e.g., Neo4j) for structured and unstructured data
- Cloud-native, multi-tenant architecture on platforms like Google Cloud
- Authentication, authorization, and data encryption; ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2 alignment
- Unit, integration, and performance testing
- Backend debugging and optimization for speed and reliability
- Collaboration with frontend, data, and AI/ML engineers
Strong candidates have
- 2–5 years of Java backend development with Spring Boot in enterprise software
- 2+ years with databases such as MySQL
- Hands-on with Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch
- Bachelor of engineering or IT-related major
- Bonus: DevOps and cloud computing platforms; experience at high-growth software companies
