These Terms of Use govern access to and use of datakite.ai (the “Site”), operated by DataKite, Inc. (“DataKite”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

They do not govern:

• the Rawi platform, or any DataKite product deployed inside a bank;
• any DataKite customer, partner, or supplier relationship, which is governed by the relevant written agreement between DataKite and that party.

Personal data collected through the Site is described in our Website Privacy Notice.

2. Informational use only

Content on this Site is provided for general information about DataKite and the Rawi platform. It is not an offer, contract, warranty, or regulatory advice; it does not create a customer or partner relationship; and it does not grant any right to use any DataKite product.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DataKite or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for legitimate, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial use without prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site to violate any law or regulation.
• Do not interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party resources, including the forms used to apply for open roles. DataKite does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

6. Design intent and forward-looking statements

• Statements published on this Site about deployment models, governance, skills, and operational behaviour describe the platform’s design intent. They are not warranties, guarantees, or contractual commitments. Actual behaviour in a specific deployment depends on the bank’s environment, data, configuration, integrations, and approvals, and is governed by the relevant written agreement.
• Content describing roadmap items, planned capabilities, partner programmes, or future deployments is forward-looking and may change. DataKite does not commit through this Site to any specific feature, timing, partner, or outcome.
• Neurosymbolic AI is an emerging architectural direction discussed across academic, government, and enterprise sources. DataKite does not claim to have invented it and makes no absolute claims of safety, compliance, or freedom from error.

7. Regulatory context

Banking is a regulated activity. Use of any AI system inside a bank, including Rawi, remains subject to that bank’s regulatory, supervisory, risk, and audit obligations. The bank is responsible for ensuring its use of Rawi complies with applicable law in each jurisdiction.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataKite and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

10. Relationship to other agreements

These Terms govern the Site only. The Rawi platform, and any DataKite product deployed inside a bank, is governed by a separate written agreement between DataKite and the customer. These Terms neither extend to nor limit that agreement, and nothing published on the Site varies it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or to the Site.

12. Changes

DataKite may update these Terms from time to time. The current version governs your use of the Site.
